Make sure that you tab through each field and that the costs and qty fields populate

The option to print the log will come up after using the transfer function. Do not use that. Use this procedure to print the log so that the cost information is displayed

Order Processing¶
After converting a deposit to payment, You must add a payment/F2 to put in the refund of the difference.
All Transactions must end with a balance of $0.00 which is highlighted in red on the bottom left hand side of the payments tab.
Use the (S)earch Function to find a customers rental history, account for A/R payments, ETC. | Left side by customer # click on search button, then search by company name, first/last name or phone number. Make sure the type of transaction is (D)in the drop box next to order number. Then click on search/f1. Highlight and select or double click on the account. Then click start list/F1. This brings up their rental history for your location. Select a old contract (for a/r payments select the most current), and when it opens you will see the account number, company name .ect on the top.
